VNL: Board Resolution – Apr 26

Vinalink International Freight Forwarders announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 26, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to appoint BOD Chairman and Deputy of BOD Chairman in term 2014-2019:

-         Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien: BOD Chairman

-         Mr. Vu The Duc: Deputy of BOD Chairman

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to appoint leadership in term 2014-2017:

-         CEO: Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien

-         Deputy CEO: Mr. Le Quoc Hung and Mr. Dinh Quang Ngoc

-         Chief Accountant: Ms. Tran Thi Binh

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to appoint spokeswoman: Ms. Hoang Thi Duy Thao

Article 4: The Board of Directors approved to appoint the company’s Secretary: Ms. Hoang Thi Duy Thao

Article 5: The Board of Directors approved to appoint the representative stake of Vinalink in joint venture

Article 6: the 2013 second dividend payment:

-         Payment rate: VND1,300/share

-         Record date: May 16, 2014

-         Payment date: May 30, 2014

Article 7: This resolution takes effect as from signing date.
