-          Number of shares registered to buy back: 3,200 + 23,550 shares

-          Number of shares bought back: 3,200 + 23,550 shares

-          Trading time: from February 24, 2014 to February 28, 2014

-          Number of treasury shares before the purchase: 488,735 shares

-          Number of treasury shares after the purchase: 515,485 shares

-          Financial resource for the purchase: Vinamilk’s capital surplus and undistributed profit.

-          Average buying price: VND10,000/share

-          Trading method: put-through method, not via the trading floor.
