MCP: Board Resolution

The BOD of My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Companyapproved to increase charter capital to VND105,463,100,000 by employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).

The BOD approved the method issuance as follows:

-          Number of shares offered: 206,790 shares

-          Value: VND2,067,900,000

-          Purpose of issuance: increase capital for business

-   Target of issuance: The Board of Management, managers, deputy managers, employees who signed labor contract over 1 year.
