On April 23, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.474 /TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBC) as a designated stock.

- Stock SBC of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company has been designated as of April 29, 2014 according to Decision No.172/QD-SGDHCM dated April 23, 2014 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-  Reason: Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company violated the information disclosure regulation according to Point 1.1e, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
