SBC: Decision on designating SBC

On April 23, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.172/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company as a designated stock as of April 29, 2014.

Reason: Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company violated the information disclosure regulation according to Point 1.1e, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
