Savimex Corporation announced the Board Resolution No. 04 as follows:

-  Article 1: The BOD approved the 2013 business result:

-  Article 2: The BOD approved the 2014 business plan

·         Total revenue: VND735.9 million

·         Export revenue: USD20 million

·         Profit after tax: VND36.29 billion

·         Investment in machinery in 2014: VND19,200 million

-  Article 3: The BOD approved to sell all treasury shares to replenish working capital.

-  Article 4: The BOD approved contents for annual general shareholders’ meeting held on April 25, 2014.
