Article 1: The BOD approved the 2013 business result.

Article 2: The BOD approved the 2014 business plan

-  Output: 9,700 tons

-  Revenue: VND477.5 billion

-  Profit after tax: VND17 billion

Article 3: The BOD approved direction of management in 2014

-  Change the technology to increase production, decrease expenses.
