PVL: HNX notice: PVL under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

-         Issuer: Petroleum Real Estate JSC

-         Stock code: PVL

-         Reason: frequent violation of the regulation on disclosure on Stock Exchange.

-         Until 29/04/2014, if the Company does not overcome the reason that puts the company under alert, HNX will consider to put PVL stock under supervision

-         Effective date: 21/04/2014

Alert period ends when Petroleum Real Estate JSC overcomes current situation.
