 Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

-          Issuer: Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC

-          Stock code: SDH

-          Reason: the Company frequently violates information disclosure obligation of member.

-          Effective date: 21/04/2014

By 29/04/2014, if Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC not overcomes current situation, SDH stock will be put under supervision and trading restriction according to Item 1.2, Article 13 of Listing Regulation.
