PVG: The results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 \u2013 1st

On 23/04/2014, Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC announces the results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 – 1^st as follows:

- The numbers of attendants: 27 shareholders represent for 11,111,173 shares, equivalent to 40.08% of the number of voting shares of the Company.

- Based on Clause 2, Article 102 of Enterprise Law approved by Vietnam National Assembly on 29/05/2005;

- Based on the Charter of the Company

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of Petrovietnam Nothern Gas Joint Stock Company has not enough conditions to be carried out.

BOD announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 – 2^rd+ of the Company will be held on 08/05/2014.
