Ma San Group Corporation announced the resolution of the 2012 annual general meeting dated April 25, 2014:

Article 1: AGM approved report of the Board of Directors.

Article 2: AGM approved report of the Board of Supervisors.

Article 3: AGM approved report of the CEO.

Article 4: AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2013.

Article 5: AGM approved profit plan for 2014.

Article 6: AGM approved the 2013 profit distribution:

Article 7: AGM approved to choose KPMD Co., Ltd. as auditing firm for fiscal year 2014.
