PTL: Explanation for 10 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company explained reasons making the stock peak at the ceiling prices for 10 consecutive trading days from March 13, 2014 to March 26, 2014 as follows:

-  PTL increased for ten consecutive trading sessions, the fluctuation of market price of PTL stock obeys the law of supply and demand. This is out of control of the company.
