On April 04, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.540/SGDHCM-NY to remind Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation to submit late disclosure on the resignation of Chief Accountant and Board Resolution No.02/QD.HDQT/PVCL dated March 31, 2014 on appointing of Chief Accountant.
