HTB: HNX notice: HTB stock under temporary trading suspension

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of HTB stock as follows:

-          Issuer:  Huy Thang Construction JSC

-           Stock code: HTB

-            Effective date: 21/04/2014

      -      Reason: The Company continues to violate the regulations on information disclosure on stock market after stock has been put under supervision. Besides, the Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under supervision. HTB stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point 1.2 , Clause 1 , Article 14 of the Listing Regulations.

Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HTB stock is allowed to be traded again after the Huy Thang Construction JSC remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
