-  The 2014 Annual General Meeting of Dien Quang Joint Stock Company held on April 08, 2014. April 09, 2014 was Hung King’s day. Therefore, the resolution did not send by dispatch. However, the company sent the Board of 2014 Annual General Meeting by email on April 08, 2014 and sent the minutes of the 2014Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2014.
