Dai Thien Loc Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated April 16, 2014 with main contents as follows:

-  Approving the result of issuing 11,299,514 new shares from January 14, 2014 to April 15, 2014. In which: the company issued to pay stock dividend of 4,690,757 shares and sold to existing shareholders of 6,608,757 shares at VND10,000/share.

-  The Board of Directors decided not to sell 427, 480 unsold shares and 68 odd shares after the issuance.
