On January 24, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.122/SGDHCM-NY to remind Tai Nguyen Corporation to submit late disclosure on transferring capital in two associated companies (Phu Ha Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company and Dat Viet Resources Investment Joint Stock Company).
