SGT: Explanation for 10 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation explained reasons making the stock peak at the ceiling prices for 10 consecutive trading days February 11, 2014 to February 25, 2014 as follows:

SGT increased for ten consecutive trading sessions, the fluctuation of market price of SGT stock obeys the law of supply and demand. This is out of control of the company.
