S96: Stock under supervision and trading restriction (S96)

 Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:

-          Issuer: Song Da No 9.06 JSC

-          Stock code: S96

-          Reason: the Company frequently violates the settlement obligation of information disclosure. Thus, the HNX has put S96 under supervision and trading restriction. From 18/03/2014, S96 can only be traded on Friday weekly.

-          Effective date: 18/03/2014

Supervision period ends when Song Da No 9.06 JSC overcomes current situation.
