PTM: HNX notice: PTM under supervision

Pursuant to Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN on 17/01/2014, on 12/03/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-         Issuer: PTM Automobile Service, Trading and Manufacturing JSC

-         Stock code: PTM

-         Reason: 2012 and 2013 profits after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2013 are negative.

Supervision period ends when PTM Automobile Service, Trading and Manufacturing JSC overcomes current situation.
