KAC: Decision on sanctions for administrative violations.
On March 19, 2014, The State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 234/QD-XPVPHC on sanctions for administrative violations committed by the Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
- Applying the fine of VND70,000,000 in line with
Point a, Clause 3, Article 33 of Decree No. 85/2010/ND-CP.
- Because the company committed administrative
violations against regulations on information disclosure in untimely releasing
the following documents:
