HLA: Decision on sanctions for administrative violations.

On March 20, 2014, The State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 236/QD-XPVPHC on sanctions for administrative violations committed by the Huu Lien Asia Corporation.

-  Applying the fine of VND70,000,000 in line with Clause 3, Article 33 of Decree No. 108/2013/ND-CP dated September 23, 2013 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of securities and securities markets.

-  Because the company committed administrative violations against regulations on information disclosure in untimely releasing the following documents:

·         Reviewed semiannual financial statements for 2013 (parent company and consolidated)

·         Company administration report for 2013

·         Q4/2013 financial statements (parent company and consolidated)

·         Annual report for 2012

·         Board Resolution on divestment from associate companies.

-  The decision took effect from the date of signing.
