Vinamilk sets up subsidiary in Poland

The Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) announced that it has established a subsidiary in Poland, with a registered capital of US$3 million.

Earlier this week, Vinamilk's Board of Directors passed a resolution approving the establishment of its subsidiary company and named CEO Mai Kieu Lien as its legal representative in Poland.

Previously in 2013, Vinamilk had expanded overseas operations through its subsidiaries in Cambodia, New Zealand and the United States.
