HU3: Explanation for parent company business result in Q4, 2013

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company explained business result in Q4/2013 compared to Q4/2012 as follows:

-         Net revenue in Q4/2013 was VND168,413,857,402, increasing 108.2% compared to the same period of 2012 because HU3 handed over more than 100 apartments in HUD3 Tower to customers.

-         Profit after tax in Q4/2013 was VND9,839,860,550, decreasing 42.8% compared to the same period of 2012 because difficulties of the real estate industry and price decreased.
