HTB: Stock under supervision and trading restriction

HNX notice HTB- Stock under supervision and trading restriction as:

Pursuant to Point 1.5, Article 13 of Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDCKHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:

-          Issuer: Huy Thang Construction JSC

-          Stock code: HTB

-          Reason: the company frequently violates the regulations on information disclosure on stock market. Thus, HNX has put HTB under supervision and trading restriction. From 03/03/2014, HTB can only be traded on Friday weekly.

-          Effective date: 03/03/2014

Supervision period ends when Huy Thang Construction JSC overcomes current situation.
