Pursuant to Stock Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

- Issuer: Viglacera Tuson JSC

- Stock code: VTS

- Stock type: Common stock

- Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2012 and  2013 are negative ( 2012: -VND 270,160,364  (including  the auditor’s notes and exception) and 2013: -VND 3,599,476,239)

- Effective date: 27/02/2014

Supervision period ends when Viglacera Tuson JSC overcomes current situation.
