DPR: Explanation for business results in Quarter 4.2013 (Consolidated FS)

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) has explained fluctuation of business results in Quarter 4.2013 compared to Quarter 4/2012 as follows:

-         In Quarter 4/2012, sales production: 5,855.96 tons, average price: VND57,275,918/ton

-         In Quarter 4/2013, sales production: 7,129.8 tons, average price: VND49,368,387/ton

-         Reasons:

+         Sales production in the period was higher than the same period of 2012, but average price in the period was lower than the same period of 2012;

+         Profit from business activities in Quarter 3.2013 decreased by VND41,340,408,029 (24.41%) as compared to Quarter 4.2012;

+         Other profit in Quarter 4.2013 decreased by VND5,639,181,629 (13.82%) as compared to Quarter 4.2012;

+         Profit after tax in Quarter 4.2013 decreased by VND46,333,649,214 (24.9%) as compared to Quarter 4.2012.
