ITA: Explanation for consolidated and parent company business result in Q4, 2013

Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation explained business result in Q4/2013 compared to Q4/2012 as follows:

-         Parent company financial statement: In Quarter 4.2013, the parent company arose by VND82 billion from financial income mainly income from long-term investment more VND79 billion. Besides, financial expenses decreased by 12% thank to interest rate, balance of bank loans decreased. There are the main reasons causing the increase in profit after tax of parent company.

-         Consolidated financial statement: Change of revenue and profit of parent company in Quarter 4.2013 leading to change in consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4.2013 as compared to last year.
