charter capital.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa – Deputy CEO of DOMESCO,
represents 1,545,445 shares, or 8.68% of DOMESCO’s charter capital.

Mr. Le Van Nha Phuong – Deputy CEO of DOMESCO,
represents 1,545,445 shares, or 8.68% of DOMESCO’s charter capital.
