-  Article 1: The BOD approved the capital contribution of VND52 billion to establish My Loi Bridge Investment Joint Stock Company.

-  Time for capital contribution: May 20, 2014.

-  Article 2: The BOD appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Dat as a representative of capital contribution of PDR in My Loi Bridge Investment Joint Stock Company.
