TV4: Serepok 4A Hydropower Plant officially merges with the national grid

January 2014) Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 announced the putting power
into the national grid as follows:
Serepok
4A Hydropower Plant, which started construction in October 2010 with the design
capacity of 64 MW, under Buon Don Hydropower JSC, officially generated
commercial electricity.
Electricity
Generating Unit No.01 was successfully tested on 25 December 2013 and put power
into the national grid on 31 December 2013. Electricity Generating Unit No.01
is expected to generate electricity in mid Jan. 2014. As designed, after stable
operation, the Plant will provide the clean energy source of about 300 million
kWh to the national grid.
Buon
Don Hydropower JSC has the charter capital of 335 billion dongs, in which Power
Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 is the largest shareholder with 31% of the
charter capital. Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 has paid up the
contribution capital so far. Therefore, the profit of Power Engineering
Consulting JSC No.4 will be a significant part from the dividend payment as from
2014.
