PAN: Selling whole AGF shares

On 3 Jan. 2014, PAN Pacific Corporation (PAN PACIFIC) finished a transaction with selling whole 5,200,000 AGF shares (20.35% votes) of AGIFISH Co. Therefore, AGIFISH Co. will not be an associate company with PAN PACIFIC.
