KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation announced the change of the BOD as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Ai as Chairman of the BOD

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Huu Nam as Deputy Chairman of the BOD

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Uong Tien Thanh as member of the BOD

-         Appointing Mr. Oh Kyung Hee as Chairman of the BOD
