Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation officially announced to sell social housing at block HQ1 and HQ2 of HQC Plaza. Customers will officially sign contract with investors and were lent by BIDV at 80% of house value with the interest rate of 5% per year in 10 years.
