Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company has announced announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 21, 2013:

-         The Board of Directors approved to sale of treasury shares:

+         Volume registered to sell: 1,890,000 shares

+         Expected trading period: From State Securities Commission and HOSE approve to January 31, 2014 but not more than 30 days

+         Trading method: Order matching or put through

+         Selling price:  not less than VND3,900/share
