Dam Sen Water Park Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 28, 2013

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved expected revenue in 2013: VND170 billion

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved business plan for 2014.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 16%/ par value

Article 4: The Board of Directors approved to organize the meeting date of Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting 2013: expected on January 25, 2014.
