VNM: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013
Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 29, 2013:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2013 dividend in cash: - Record date: December 18, 2013 - Payment for the 2013 cash dividend: + Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share) + Payment date: January 03, 2014 Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement. - This resolution takes effect from November 29, 2013.
