On December 02, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for 2012 dividend in cash of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:         HTV                             

-         Ex-right date:           December 10, 2013   

-         Record date:            December 12, 2013

-         Purpose:                 for the payment for 2012 dividend in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Payment date:         December 31, 2013       

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company, from December 31, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
