On December 16, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the first phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company:

-         Ex-right date:      December 24, 2013   

-         Record date:      December 26, 2013

-         Purpose:             for the payment the first phase of 2013 dividend in cash    

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:    January 08, 2014          

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company as from January 08, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
