-         Mr. Trinh Van Minh has resigned from General Manager with effect since 08/12/2013.

-         Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai has been appointed General Manager in place of Mr. Trinh Van Minh for the period 2009 – 2014 with effect since 08/12/2013.
