TMC: Tax violation of the member company
Thu Duc Trading Import - Export JSC announces the penalty
on tax violation of the member company in 2012 as follows:
1. The payable corporate tax arrears of 2012 was VND 21,674,693
2. Other remedial measures: The amount of VND 9,357,973 will not be declared to deduct
or refund the VAT of 2012
3. Fines are VND 7,133,160, in which:
- For false declaration: VND 2,167,469
- For late payment: VND 2,765,691
- For violations of tax procedures: VND 2,200,000
Thu Duc Trading Import - Export JSC
announces the results of tax inspection of its subsidiary as follows:
1. The payable tax arrears was VND
133,394,923, in which the corporate tax was VND 133,394,923
2. Fine for the administrative violations
was VND 40,459,078, in which:
- Fine of 10% of the payable tax
difference: VND 13,339,493
- Fine of late tax payment: VND 27,119,585 HNX
