Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) has reported the result of issuing new shares from converting the 2012 convertible bonds – Phase 1 as follows:

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Issue volume: 19,043,000 shares

-         Distribution form: to convert from the 2012 convertible bonds – Phase 1

-         Conversion price: VND22,000/share

-         Record date: November 29, 2013

-         Estimated trading date: February 18, 2014

II.   Investor:

-         The bondholder at the record date of November 29, 2013: Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd.

-         The bondholder has no rights to transfer bonds after November 29, 2013.  

III.  Result of issuing new shares from converting bonds (Phase 1):

-         Total number of convertible bonds issued: 557,846 bonds

-         Total value of bonds issued: VND557,846,000,000. 

-         Number of bonds converted in Phase 1: 418,946 bonds
