Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation announced time, place and documents of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders which will be held on January 04, 2014 as follows:
- Time: 9:00, January 04, 2014 - Place: Minh Phu Building, Floor 6, 21 Le Quy Don, Ward 6, District 3, Hochiminh City. - Condition for participation: all shareholders who own MPC shares and are in the shareholder list on the record date of December 17, 2013. - Content of the meeting: Plan to delist MPC shares on HOSE, plan to resolve shareholders’ interests after delisting by repurchase shares, plan to cancel the deposit of shares when Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation is not a public company any more.
