KDC: Explanation forparent company business result in Q3, 2013

Kinh Do Corporationexplained business result in Q3/2013 compared to Q3/2012 as follows:

-         Sales volume increased but sales value did not increase because of difficulties of the economy and the fierce competition in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, the product structure was changed. There are the seasons causing the decrease of profit of parent company.

-         On the other hand, Kinh Do Corporation already focused on the North market – a high potential market.Therefore, profit of the corporation increased significantly.
