Ha Tay Pharmaceutical JSC reports the use of proceeds in the issue certified by the State Securities Commission on 30/09/2011 and the extension of offering session to 24/10/2011 as follows:

            At the end of session, the company did not sell to strategic shareholders and sell only to outstanding shareholders.

-          Number of shares offered: 1,335,480 shares

-          Total amount: VND16,025,760,000

-          Purpose: Addition of immobile capital
