TIE: TIE JSC announces business registration certificate of subsidiary

Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company (TIE JSC) has announced the business registration certificate of its subsidiary Sai Gon Smart Solutions Company Limited.

-         According to the board resolution dated January 21, 2013, TIE JSC’s Board of Directors approved to cooperate with the Integrated Circuit Design Research and Education Center of the Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (ICDREC) to establish Sai Gon Smart Solutions Co., Ltd. In which, TIE JSC holds 51% stake and ICDREC holds 49% stake.

-         According to the board resolution dated September 24, 2013, TIE JSC assigned its CEO Vu Quoc Vinh as the representative for TIE JSC’s capital in Sai Gon Smart Solutions Co., Ltd. 

-         The new firm has a charter capital of VND9 billion and is located at 760 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 10, District 10, Hochiminh City. Its legal representative is CEO Le Ngoc Hung.
