HTI: The record date for the 2012 dividend payment

On December 11, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the second of 2012 dividend in cash of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  HTI                              

-         Ex-right date:    December 24, 2013   

-         Record date:    December 26, 2013

-         Purpose:  for the payment for the second phase of 2012 dividend in cash      

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:  January 23, 2014          

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Km 1906+700 QL1A, KP5, Binh Hung Hoa Ward , Tan Binh District, HCM City  from  January 23, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
