SBT: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 10, 2013:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash:

-         Record date: in December, 2013

-         Payment for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

+         Payment date: in December, 2013          

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO and Deputy CEO to implement.
