ELC: Resolution on ESOP Executive Board & Regulations 2013-2016

On December 18, 2013, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (ELCOM CORP) approved to establish an executive board for the 2013 - 2016 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) including the following people:

-         Mr. Phan Chien Thang – Chairman cum CEO, Head of the Executive Board.

-         Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien – Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Executive Board.     

-         Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Minh – Chief Accountant, Member of the Executive Board.

-         Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong – Human Resources Director, Member of the Executive Board.

-         Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Huong – Chief of Finance & Investment Department, Member of the Executive Board.

-         The Board of Directors approved ESOP Regulations 2013 – 2016.
