ELC: Reduce the ownership ratio in associated company

The BOD of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation approved to reduce the ownership ratio in Éloge France Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Venture Company to 19.35% of Éloge charter capital. Therefore, Éloge France Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Venture Company is not an associated company of Elcom Corp.
